🤓 I’ve always been fascinated with understanding people’s emotions, attitudes, motivations, and what guides their behavior. While studying Mechanical Engineering in college, I thought about creating my own major—combining psychology and physics. In the same way gravity and friction are unseen forces that dictate the movement of matter, human emotions and motivations are the unseen forces that guide peoples’ behavior.

I’ve been working as a User Experience Researcher for the past 5+ years, collaborating with curious colleagues to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into succinct, actionable insights that propel products and services forward.

While attending Bentley University for my Masters degree in Human Factors in Information Design, I served as President on the board of a student-run organization called the User Experience Graduate Association (UGXA). I loved fostering a sense of community among my fellow students. See one of our gatherings below:

According to Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, I’m an ENFP (Extrovert, Intuitive, Feeler, and Perceiver). Qualities that I most resonate with include: curious, enthusiastic, perceptive, harmonious, empathetic, & versatile
Fun fact: only about 8% of Americans are believed to be ENFP’s!

My top 5 CliftonStrengths are Strategic, Arranger, Empathy, Positivity, & Woo. These span all four domains of Executing, Influencing, Relationship Building, & Strategic Thinking—which is also quite rare.

Outside of work I love traveling, puzzles (jigsaw & NYTimes), and yoga—sometimes I even teach! 🧘🏼‍♀️

I'm on the far left—just taught a yoga class for my friend’s wedding. (Yes, I'm YTT certified)
